What file format should I send?

PDF is preferred. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, JPG and PNG. Files must be at 300 DPI minimum with 3 mm bleed and CMYK colour mode.

Can I send artwork after ordering?

Yes. You can confirm the order and upload artwork later. Production does not begin until files are received and reviewed.

How long does production take?

Standard production is 6–15 business days depending on quantity, finishing and delivery location. Lead time is confirmed when you request a quote.

Do you check my artwork before printing?

Yes. Every job includes a prepress review for trim, bleed, safe area, resolution, colour mode and font handling. We will contact you if corrections are needed.

Can I get a custom size or finish?

Yes. Contact us with your specifications for a manual quote. We handle non-standard sizes, custom materials and special finishing such as foil, embossing and soft-touch lamination.
